Best location to put the Fentanyl patch please?

SWIM (of course) has a script and is on the 25mcg fentanyl patch. SWIM has the Mylan flat patches. SWIM would like to know/get opinions on what part of the body to put it. SWIM has tried all 3 "brands" and all sorts of locations. SWIM is not going to divert this patch, as SWIM has only 2 left including this one, and has chronic pain.
SWIM has tried shoulder, flank (SWIM has love handles and a bit of a belly but is not a hairy guy ), biceps, etc.
But SWIM wants to know where to place it to get maximum absorbtion, maximum bee buzz (though SWIM has never gotten a bee buzz from any of the patches unless eaten), and maximum everything while using the Mylan flat patch correctly.
Now-SWIM knows that Duragesic/Sandoz jelly bags work by creating a resevoir or pool of medication just under the skin, then drawing off of that to put the medication into the blood/body etc. Does SWIY know if it is the same for Mylan? I know the med. in Mylan is from what i hear a powder form that is in the actual adhesive layer that keeps it on a body's skin.
Suggestions would be great, SWIM has to put it on soon

has SWIY etc ever tried a Mylan patch on the hand? back of the hand? would it work best right over the heart? etc. SWIM found out yet it does create a resevoir same as jelly packs. SWIM just doesn't know if perhaps a good location (lots of veins etc perhaps?) would make patch work better. 25mcg is very small for SWIMs tolerance level. ty again

There more veins in the area the more effective the patch will work, having the patch on your neck would be very effective but probably quite uncomfortable and it would not stick very well. If your going to be busy around the day and not just sitting around you need somewhere which doesnt move very much. SWIF when he has used Patches prefers to put them on the back of the arm, back of the thigh(shaved area) or on his chest.

If SWIY is looking for a recreational experience however he should remove the Fentanyl from the gel or use an entirely differant opiate alltogether. Im sure if SWIY has access to Fentanyl he must have access to other opiates. If SWIY is using it legitamately for chronic pain then the places i mentioned above are most effective.
