Swim would like to know why swiy is rolling for 12 to 16 hours! Swim would definately not recommend rolling for that amount of time, nor doing any substance for that amount of time that requires multiple doses. This can be very hard on the body!
Swim has already posted this, but he feels the need to post it again. Quote:
Swim isn't sure about how to increase appetite on ecstasy, but he thinks that swiy should exert more caution when using this drug. Using it for such a prolonged period without eating is probably very hard on the digestive system! Remember to respect the drug and its effects as well as your own limits. |

swim respects that post but he doesnt roll hard for that amount of time, just knowing its still in effect in swims system. swim has only rolled 5 times and has a low tolerance for it i suppose. the most swim has taken at once is 1 1/2 but he usually smokes pot while comin down which seems to prolong the roll. how many hours does swiy roll and do u have trouble eating??
thanks |

Swim's rolls last about 6-7 hours after leaving baseline. The peak is two hours. Swim apologizes, he was confused at the 12 to 16 hour remark. He though swiy was ingesting multiple pills per night.
Swim doesn't really try to eat after rolling, possibly because he always does it at night a few hours after eating dinner. He goes to bed early in the morning and by the time he wakes up he is feeling fine and can eat. What exactly does swiy feel that makes it hard to eat? |

swim isnt usually hungry at all through the roll but he knows its not good to go without food for a long period of time while sweating. swim sometimes cant get enough interest to eat and when he does its like a case of xtreme cottonmouth even when swim doesnt smoke. swims friends r usually the same way with food but dont worry about bein safe.

Swim still isn't exactly sure about the circumstances of swiy's situation. He isn't sure why you can't just go to sleep and eat when you wake up in the morning. Still, he recommends you get plenty of liquids, and suggests that you get a smoothie. Swim has had fresh fruit juice blends before while rolling and they were amazing. Just the texture of them running down his throat was very cool. He recommends that you give that a try.

SWIM and mate suggest Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean. Nothing to chew, small bites of the melty stuff around the edge of the carton, let it slide down your throat. Calcium is said to help with jaw clenching/grinding and the temperature and texture are exquisite. The taste must be experienced - words are not enough.

Eating during the "roll"? Just eat healthy and fruity stuff before and after....
Calcium will make jaw clenching worse, if anything. I'm not sure why, but in some way, it is the opposite of magnesium, which, in some people's cases, makes the jaw issue's better

Calcium taken during a "roll" shouldn't be an issue for most. If you need to eat because you're in rough shape by not eating properly beforehand - then even an ardent speed-freak can usually tolerate a good milkshake and a vitamin. If jaw-clenching is too much, you could always use Baskin~Robbins Bubble-Gum ice cream in the shake...or not.

Not sure why SWIY wants to eat while rolling. Going a few hours without eating isnt a big deal. Personally for SWIM food is the LAST thing on her mind when rolling, and she cant/doesnt eat the following day either. To each his own I guess.

SWIM's version of these rules would be more like Quote:
What's right for SWIM might not be right for you, see what is right for you. SWIM is looking out for YOU, and wants you to be safe, and also to have the best time you can have, and he believes it's you alone who can find that balance. I don't endorse drug use. |

in relation to the differant guidelines above i think it's depending on the experience you want.
If every experience you have with MDMA/Ecstasy you want to be a euphoric dream of utter pleasure then stick to Bajeda's guidelines, if you want it to be an extremely enjoyable experience but not so 'Magical' (like the first time) then stick to the guidelines above. As Einstein says, everything is relative
