LSD user arrested for demanding toll.

Robert Hibbs, 19, was arrested for demanding $1 tolls from joggers and bikers crossing a bridge in Boulder, Colorado. Hibbs claimed to be a troll who owned the bridge. He was apparently tripping on LSD. Hibbs was arrested after demanding that an off-duty deputy pay up.

The off-duty deputy, who was not identified, told police the confrontation with Hibbs started after the man hit his bike with a broken golf club when he forced his way past without paying. The two became involved in an altercation and Hibbs hit the deputy with a golf club, the police report stated. The deputy said he took the golf club away from Hibbs and struck him in an attempt to defend himself...

Boville, who was with Hibbs, reportedly told police that they had consumed LSD and that Hibbs was having a bad trip. Police said they confiscated a large marijuana joint rolled in $1 bills at the scene and then searched (the apartment of Bradley Boville, who was on the bridge with Hibbs) and recovered drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Hibbs was arrested for investigation of menacing and possession of a controlled substance, according to police.

You really don't like Boulder? I've only been there a few times but it seemed pretty cool. I guess if you live there or around there....


As to the article, that is why swim only really will go out high in public, unless its a party then drunk is ok as well. Anything stronger and swim likes having a trip sitting and stayed to isolated or confined areas. Swim doesn't trust himself to that extent while under the influence of powerful substances, and swim doesnt really need to meet the police under such a state!

theres plenty of trolls there who would have. swim knew a lab rat who pulled a similar stunt in that city, and ended up in a cell, handcuffed, with a paper bag over his head to keep him from spitting on police as they walked by.

Hahaha, that's pretty funny. But very bad news because this is just another example for the warmongers against drugs to use. Dude must've been a headcase before consuming the tabs. I mean, who the fuck rolls a j in dollar bills?
