First timer Kratom user

Swim just recieved his 1/2 oz order of kraton, two days after order, super unexpected fast delivery, its super kraton the middle class, and they gave SWIM a sample of thai the highest level. So swim was woundering what a good does in grams would be. swim plans to brew it in a tea, swim also eat a grapfruit this morning before the unexpect delivery of his kraton, perfect.
