IM Hydromorphone
SWIM has (3)2mg hydromorphone (M-2) and wants to intra-muscular hydrm. and wants to know if anyone can guide him through it safely for it is the first time. I was considering doing it in the thigh. Please help. He has a fairly high opiate tolerance, takes about 80mg of oxycontin to get high (orally)
