Swim has just purchased one of these and is quite pleased with it. It is a small metal pipe like thing and the smoke has to travel through a helix shape before it gets to you which cools it down.
The goods are also burnt inside the thing which means that it gives no smoke off into the air and goes out as soon as you stop sucking on it. The result of this is that it is very efficient. It was quite pricey as far as pipes go in Swims opinion but worth it.
They are quite easy to find if you look but if anyone wants to know where swim got his, let him know and he will post the source in the sources forum.
