my buddy just had a seizure does any one know what to do?

Get a wash cloth and wet it with cold water, and put it on his forhead. Have him lay down, and watch him close for about 20 minutes. If he doesnt inprove, either take him to the hospital or get ice and rub it all over his face, neck etc.


I thought I was the only person to get seizures from 'shrooms. I've had 3, and in my opinion they can be fun or horrible. If you know whats causing them, and you know its just the shrooms and the trip, you can get them undercontrol, but if hes not an experienced psyconaut, then he will have some trouble. Know that the seziures are caused by heat, and when you do shrooms, i'm pretty sure it makes your body very hot.(at least it does with me) and theres a good chance they are just strong hotflashes, and he should know this while they're happening. This is when you get cooled down by drinking water, or more drasticly, go in a cool bath.


But make sure you DONT leave him alone. He should only go through the shaking shit once, but he it keeps happening, then take him to the hospital. If you cant do this, my best advise is to put him in a cold bath. It will pass, trust me. I've been through it.


This is why a good setting is very important. Air conditioned-house should keep this under control. AVOID HEAT.

I do not know if this still helps, but here it is: Give him something sweet to drink. Get his sugar level up. Asure him that it's a temperory thing and this shal pass and try to get him to relax to this.

Have you ever tried any crystal extracts or tinctures? And do you think such a clean form would cause seizues? Just curious, as to if it is a toxin in the fruit itself that can be removed with extraction as I know it takes away alot of the negative effects of theshrooms.I know everyone reacts differently to different things. Just curious as I have never come across seizures on mushrooms (one friend had one while on lsd and that was pretty bad).

shit, i had a buddy about 2 months ago have one. i didn't think it was very common. i just threw his ass in a cold shower. he said he didn't know what happened, said that i was making him think so hard that he just fell over. the day after he said he wasn't ever going to do them again, now he's growing them. i wasn't even that fucked up, i guess because 3 nights earlier I had eaten an eighth of the most amazing shrooms ever, i will never forget that.
