has anyone experienced a system take-over?SWIM once perhaps stupidly finished off a pipe of a fiend which ended up having quite a large quantity in it..the next thing SWIM knew he?/it was his/its feet or foot one leg raised and both arms raised karate kid style,what was truly frightening apart from having spent ten minutes out with no idea what had happened,was the fact that SWIM at this point was NOT SWIM,the top half of swim was a hawk the bottom human,perception came screaming through the alien mind of another being,this lasted approx 2 minutes during which time same very strange sounds issued forth from swims mouth having the effect of making swims friend v nervous,but reality? asserted itself once more and the overall feeling swim was left with was strangel empowering(strange in the sense that maybe i should of been scared or worried.)
should i be?

Oh yes, swim has heard of this happening, and on almost all tryptamines. Swim thought it sounded like experiencing Rolfing from the inside out, because he claims to have felt more aligned the following day.

Yes, the original poster's description does not describe DMT for swim, but salvia yes. One of swim's salvia experience was very similar to what you describe of being folded and unfolded repeatedly, except instead of being "possessed by spirit entities" swim's mind was somehow being manipulated by some evil marketing executive to get him to act as a tiny cog in a giant advertising campaign (swim has very strange salvia trips). Even though this salvia experience had nothing to do with supernatural, swim definitely was controlled by a more powerful entity. This could be because swim is a very non-religious, non-spirtual person, but does indeed think about social trends, business and marketing a lot.

As for the other swiys in this thread saying they felt this on DXM, swim can't imagine that. Swim has tried DXM up to a very high dose and never felt possessed. He felt like he was losing controlling of his own body sometime, and had a very hard time moving, but never like something else was taking control of it.

The one thing swim is most curious about is the fact he has NO idea as to what happened for the period directly after smoking until awakening on his feet......

Swim has had experiences involving the feeling of being possessed by a spirit not herself twice on DXM trips. One of them she thought was her partner (this at the beginning of their relationship when they had just begun dating) who was trying to somehow initiate her into the relationship. It was extremely intense, but enjoyable. Another time she felt as if the spirit of Jim Morrison had entered her body after watching "The Doors" while on DXM. Her body just felt different and it seemed as if she had less control over her mannerisms. She also had a different gait. Strangely, this feeling persisted even after the trip was over and she didn't feel quite "herself" until sometime the next evening. She enjoyed this experience as well.

When Swim uses Aya she feels thousands of tiny little worker 'bots coursing through her body fixing things and feels the presence of an entity holding her. This is at the peak of the visionary part of the trip when moving the body is possible with only a huge amount of concentration and effort. While this is going on, another entity comes and takes her spirit and shows her things, returning her to her body from time to time to check up on it.

Something similar happened to swim as well in regard to possessing another "form" or entity, but not a body form. Swim had not really thought of it as a type of possession until now. Once again, this was on a DXM trip and she encountered one of the "beings" which she often would see (CEV's) or feel the presence of. It wasn't really a physical sort of feeling. Basically, it appeared as some sort of form, like a colorful light and she felt that she became immersed in this thing (it seemed distinctly "other", separate from herself not like she was just entering into a light), and suddenly her viewpoint changed as if she were being welcomed into this "being's" perspective. It was as if she were shown the world through the eye of "God" or a god or simply some alien form which did not see the world as a human views the world which is in the 3-dimensions of the physical through the additional fourth dimension of time. She felt as if she were being catapulted into a completely different realm. It started as she was flown quickly all around the globe seeing different areas of Earth from high above and sometimes flying down low to see the details but then quickly transferred to another area and then she felt as if she left the planet completely or was just experiencing it on a different level. She felt as if she were caught up in the singularity, the state of the universe before the "big bang" supposedly only it wasn't before because there was no time aspect which she figured was part of this "being's" perception was that it did not filter things through the dimension of time...it was as things are now...the great "Now". But, periodically she would be "flown" back into the temporal view of things and would see events happening all around the globe only to be pushed back out of that state of being to experience a sort of transcendence of human perception.

Oh, how she misses these sort of experiences...the "magic" of DXM as been lost to her due to her abuse of the compound and she has never really had such a completely immersive and transcendental experience on any other substance. She hears that the same can be experienced through the use of ketamine, but unfortunately the cross-tolerance between the two substances hasn't allowed her to experience such again. Maybe in a few years...oh well.

DXM immediately comes to mind. SWIM stopped using it because of the unwanted attention this drug had on what SWIM can only assume were discarnate entities. SWIMs last 3rd plateau trip ended horribly with a tangible malignant presence. For SWIM, high dose DXM is like an ouiga board. SWIM has used all the other major hallucingenics in high doses, and only DXM opens SWIM to other entities. SWIM wont use it anymore for this reason even though SWIM really liked it.

Well Reffering to phaedrus, Swim had dosed ~~~100mg Dxm and foaf dosed same. Once the robo took hold Swim put a good quantity of DMT into a metal screen pot pipe. Foaf smoked this with swim on the living room couch. Swim went into a bed room and sat on the bed in the dark. Through the roof he went sensing beyond the visual confines of the room, like seing the stars through the roof and alien radio. Thats where swim encountered the three large dark beings who once took hold of my`elf. Foaf soon arived within space of Swim . Foaf claims we where comunicating through our minds. Lol If you have been sober around realy fucked up people you know as Swim does they speek gibberish......

SWIM pretty much stopped DXM after the experience mentioned about (which was about 700mg of powder). Part of the aversion might be that SWIM does not enjoy dissociatives, though the experience mas more than just a hallucination. What is interesting is that SWIM's is the only negative entity encounter. SWIM has never had one since on anything else, though sometimes it feels like another presence is hovering just out of the range of perception. Given that dissociatives provide such an immersive experience, this was all probably in SWIM's imagination, but who knows.

Judging from the responses on this thread: If you want to see "spirit-entities" - take DMT. If you want "spirit-entities" to move into your house and sleep in your bed - take DXM.
