How To


Go to a Shrink and tell him, or her that you have what you think are Panic attacks. You can read up on it on the internet or the library. When you get an attack you feel like you can't breath, your chest hurts your dizzy, unable to function. They will try to put you on antidepressants,Paxil Buspar ect... Make sure that your body is clean of any kind of drugs and then go to the ER. They will test you for any kind of drugs, you'll be clean. Tell the Dr. your symptoms and he will write you something, probably not Benzoos but something. You may even get a shot of liquid xanax or something. But he will recomend you see a shrink. This will give you a better chance of scoreing what you want. If he trys to give you something else tell him you've tryed everything and nothing works but zanax. But if he insist, take what he gives you and call back in about two weeks and tell him it's not working. Make sure you do your homework before doing all this. It will pay off in the long run...............Good Luck and let us know how you come out.................

If you do not have a tolerance built up, you will feel 1mg. @ is a healthy buzz, unless you are hard headed. This is my drug of choice.

SNORT IT thats the best buzz off of most benzo's just make it a very fine powder and prepare for the nose burn!! Not too bad though!! I've been on klonopins 4 3 years and just started snortin em 1 is like 3. Not to bad

Snort it man seriously.....its a great buzz...and they crush down into this really really fine powder that has a funky taste but its not to bad doesent burn or anything at all.......thats my advice

It makes NO diffrance if you chew them or swollow them.</font>Been taking xanx's for 14 years and the one good thing abought them is you lose any tolarance to them once you get off them for a few weeks, If you have no tolarance a 1 Mg ( blue foot ball ) will give you the drunken sleepies. But I have used them to get sleep after coming off of opiates and have taken up to 15 in a day only to sleep may be 2 hours. The BIG down side is you never want to stop taking them all at once if your been taking them in any large amount for more then 5 days. Insomina for starters and it getts worse. Its best to wean off them at a rate of 0.5 less then the last dose every 3rd day</font>Edited by: BA

DON'T TELL PEOPLE TO EAT LIKE 3-5 XANAX BARS! when you take xanax, you
can't expect to get a mind blowing high- you will be relaxed,
comfortable, and happy. Smoke some buds, or drink a beer or two (NOT
MORE!) Don't give advice to people that will land them in the hospital.
xanax is a powerful drug, some people just don't like the feeling of
benzos though, or don't notice them. be careful, do some research on
the net and erowid.org before you go out eating handfulls of pills.

I've been taking Xanax for 8 years now and currently take 2-4mg / day just to stay normal. I started taking these after a very tramatic experience in my life in 1997 and need them to function in society. I have extreme Panic disorder (diagnosed by an M.D. That in not only a Psychiatrist but also a neuurosurgeon) and Chronic Depression. I have to admit though it did make me feel real good the first year I took it, but now it just makes me feel normal.


Anyways back to the topic, the best way for a newbie to Xanax to enjoy it is to start off with the .5 mg pills, 1 at a time and just stay home and relax, it's a great way to loosen up and also the best (in my opinion) cure for Anxiety brought on by smoking too much weed or lessening the ill effects of a bad hangover.

SWIM just had his first experience with xanax two nights ago.
SWIM snorted .5 mg then another .5 mg 10 minutes later.
Throughout the night SWIM also drank a 6 pack and smoked several bowls
of quality marijuana in a bong. SWIM noticed relaxation nad
calmness strongly after snorting and even more so after snorting the
second .5mg. Swim also noticed from the beginning that balance
was alittle off but not too bad. SWIM expected the xanax/alcohol/pot
combo to make him sleepy but he ended up staying awake till 5 AM, the
festivities started at around 10pm. Another note, SWIM's partner
was more under the influence most likely because of her lower tolerance
for most things.
