Re: self-incriminating rules - Conspiring to get something illegal through customs would also be illegal.

In swims opinion it would not be worth the risk trying to get the, through customs. There are lots of other substances readily available that don't need importing. Most people don't rate piperzine products very highly.

as you may or may not know importation of a controlled substance and conspiracy to import a controlled substance is a fairly serious criminal charge... federal law is not the best thing to place yourself at the mercy of... and piperazines are not exactly worth that kind of trouble... if you gonna do it go for the gusto and just import some cocaine or something... then youll have enough money to get the whole forum high on piperazines for the rest of all our lives...

thanks for the replies guys.. although im scared cause its already ordered. But i heard somewhere on these forums on a topic that SWIM ( i dunno who he/she is btw) tried ordering some legal highs which contains BZP to the states.. can someone inform me on what happened. Did he/she get busted , or what happened.... thank you guys!!!

I believe TMFPP was de-scheduled, meaning simple possession would not necessarily be illegal. Not sure if that's all Purple Ohms contain though, because BZP is definitely illegal to possess.

Well the good news is the dogs can not smell Piperazines. And I have seen many reports of successful import by yanks on uk forums. And I can,t see Swim getting in too much trouble for ordering the manufactured pills as I would imagine many kids are ordering these not knowing they are illegal anyway. A kg of raw BZP would no doubt see the next 10 years of your life spent with a cellmate named Buba winking at you though. But never admit to anything ever, anyone could have ordered those pills using your name just to try and get you in the shit. Delete your internet history, clean your tracks.

Do you know that the way a dog smells things is very different than a human? Instead of smelling the hamburger, he smells the meat, spices, cheese, condiments, onion..and so on separately. The smell kinda like a xray.
Being a police dog handler, I can, with absolute certainty tell you that there is no way to defeat a well trained police dog's nose. If there was a way, I am sure that you would already know about it.

Sasho:
From what SWIM understand, since SWIM has close friends who have ordered "controlled substances" over the internet, here's what happens and please bear with me I may be wrong with examples: On the off-chance your package is seized ~ First of all, this can go one of two ways: 1) SWIY is importing something that's illegal to have without proper qualifications and/or paperwork that is considered relatively small potatoes by the DEA and whatnot. Some good examples that SWIM has seen personally would be dried opium poppies or cannabis seeds. 2) SWIY is importing something that is very illegal in the US and has no qualification or need for it. Examples would include all of the major illegal drugs: heroin, cocaine etc. as well as highly scheduled precursors like saffrole. Also anything that contains anything like the above like ordering oxycontin from some shady Hatian pharmacy without a perscription. In both these cases 2 respective outcomes will occur: In case 1, SWIY will recieve from US customs what is referred to as a "love letter" by those who tend to order a lot of things like those mentioned in case 1. The letter states that the person in question must go down to customs to claim their package and sign for it as well as explaining that it was seized and whatnot. DO NOT go claim this package. Why they do this is that they cannot prove that anyone actually ordered the item until SWIY states that SWIY did, which SWIY does by default when you claim your package. In case 2, the DEA delivers it and you go to jail for a long time. My best guess after having done some talking with some very good friends would be that Case 1 is more than likely if it gets seized at all. Hope that helps, boy162000 |

Though there are certain oddities of this person being here, I'm guessing that he might be as paranoid about us as many be about him! But it's nice that the so-called "enemy" has actually said hello in his own way.
So welcome aboard and pull up a seat. Perhaps we all can learn a few things from each other and drop the transactional psychology of treating each other with contempt due to our seeming differences. Cops are supposed to "Protect and Serve" the community. This is rather what this forum exists for as well. We might have more in common than many have supposed. |
