Getting in trouble for videos?

I don't know where to put this but, swim has many videos of him and friends smoking weed in many different places. It's now a concern because his mother's boyfriend's ex-wife is filing a restraining order and on the form it said "Doing bongs, joints, and drugs in the graveyard, school, and more!". Though, the whole restraining order has NOTHING to do with swim and him smoking herb, this woman is seriously ill in the head.....She went on to the site, very popular site, and watched videos. I am wondering if swim can get into ANY trouble from these videos? Thank you

Yes you can as long as Swiy's face is clearly depicted. Oh, and the new thing that hiring companies do now is search your name under google. And If anything comes up that they think is a "red flag" they dont hire you. Seriously, if I were you Swiy, I would take the videos offline.
