Dose - Kava Kava Gel Caps

yesterday swim bought a bottle of kava kava gel caps. now, i just recently heard these SUCK. anyways, heres the info on em, i was wondering how many swim should take to achieve a decent high. He has about 15 of them, and is about 135 pounds.


30% Kavalactones 200mg
Kava Root 300Mg

500mg Capsules


Swim has 15 left since he has been experiementing trying to find a good dose. so far he hasn't felt shit, and he doesn't want to waste more. suggestions?

The ones you buy in health shops are all like that. You'll have to take quite a few. I suggest buying them on the net. You can find 84% KAVALACTONE LIQUIGELS, 70% KAVALACTONE PASTE,(the best extracts) both of which are very potent and quite cheap. The paste only requires about a pea sized amount for a good experience. Reccomended. I'm sure you can find it.

do you think they are worth that much trouble though?
im trying to find something i can do while im on probation, and im quite tired of dxm.

be careful swim knows from personal experiance (though not on probation) that dxm tests possitive for pcp.
