Best Way To Clean Crack Pipe?

Swis's friend used his pipe, and now it's hitting badly. It's clogged or something, and not enough air is getting through the pipe. Swis was wondering what the best way is to get the pipe working like new again, as he can't get any (new) chore boy right now.
