Does caffeine, nicotine, or adderall alter the detection time?

If SWIM habitually drinks 3 2-liters of diet mountain dew a day (equal to 935mg of caffeine) and smokes plenty of cigarettes, would this have an effect on fat-solubule_drug detection times? Would it make it longer or shorter, or have no signifigant change at all? What effect would quitting one or both do? What about not so frequently using other stimulant drugs such as adderall? I'd assume that since they effect metabolism and keep SWIM happily underweight, they'd be for the best when it comes to drug testing.

Thanks.
