Snorting - big or smaller lines of cocaine?

i was just wondering. it seems when u snort coke it absorbs in your nose, but if you do a big line of coke, surely alot of that will go back in your lungs and drog back so you swallow it. i thought coke only worked if it all went in your nose, and it doesnt if you swallow. so would it be better also to get your line of coke, split in 2, and snort one line with one nostrol and the other line with the other nostrol. Thanks

It does work if you swallow... it's absorbed faster from the mucus membranes (nose, mouth) but is also absorbed from the stomach... just a lot more slowly.



IMO, not much coke gets into the lungs from snorting (too many tubes in there to trap the stuff, and most of it ends up in the back of the sinuses where it's eventually swallowed). A little bit probably does end up in the lungs, but I think the amount is quite small.



Personally I'm a fan of using both nostrils, but one guy here is hardcore on using just one in order to minimize nose damage. I'm cool by his opinion, I just like the idea of using both better.

The sinus cavity has more nerves & blood vessels to readily transport coke to the brain.



The "drip" that eventually finds it's way down your throat can be harmful if swallowed. Some people who snort complain of stomach pains because they swallow the coke in their nasal drip.

I myself love to "double barrel" with both nostrils, but its said to only stick with one nostril all the time so you dont have coke eating through both sides at once instead of only one side of septum.

I notice that i get different effects of buzz depending on which nostril i use. Anyone else notice that?

My favorite is right nostril......

Ok, so I'm a new member here. Just found this site while looking around
on google. Anyways, I had a question concerning huge rails of cocaine.
About a month ago when I was leaving the dorms at my college in FL to
transfer to a college in VA, my friends wanted to give me a going away
present. They took .5g out of one bag and .5g out of another bag to
make a 1 gram rail for me. They all insisted that I do it all at once.
So, the rail was about as thick as a Mcdonalds straw, and it was about
a good 14" long. It had to curve around on the part of the desk that
they put it on. So anyways, I used one of the thick Mcdonalds straws
and attemped to do the whole rail at once. I made it about a foot and
had maybe 2 inches left over. My right nostril was so clogged after
that I had to finish the remaining 2 inches in my left. My question
was, would you consider that a waste to do it all at once? I mean, a
good amount of it was stuck in my nose after doing it and I'm sure that
quite a bit went straight down my throat. Needless to say, it was by
far the largest rail I had ever done and it was a great experience for
what was to follor after taking in that much at once.

I say as long as you had a good time that night, then you didn't waste it. It was a gift from friends, no harm done if you didn't get every drop of it. Think of the memories you'll have when youre older, of how hard you partied in college. Just don't do that kind of thing all the time though. -K

I wouldn't even enjoy a gram in one line so it would be I waste for me. The comedowns are horrible at that speed. Great high for 45 minutes then 4 hours of hell doesn't seem worth it to me. But comedowns are dif. for everyone so just watch out for tolerence.

Ive experimented with this and I have found that for me it is a waste. There is a plateu where you just dont get any higher. Right now I reach that point with probablya 1/2 gram or so. Plus i've tried doing more and like you said a lot goes straight to the throat (and coke is useless once it hits the stomach) and again I dont get any higher than I would have from the 1/2 gram.

tolerance is a big thing but if the gram was just given to you theres no way its a waste, its free, snort that shit up

there is a physical limit to how much cocaine your nose can absorb at
once, so unless your product is terrible, you are wasting a good amount
of it doing a line that large at once

Swim was curious as to the size of lines swiy uses when insufflating cocaine.

Swim found a pic of his "typical" all night coke lined up... (approx 250mg or so)

The curiosity about this for swim came up when reading posts that many coca users only get 4-5 lines / gram.

So I guess swim want's to know.. how long would that amount of cola in the pic, last swiy.

Well, for SWIM that would last probably last about 2 hours, 3 if he has something else to do while indulging in the cola. He has a friend that would usually take about 5 of the lines in that picture, put them together and take it all in one. Of course people take a lot more, but that's the most SWIM has actually seen somebody snort. But, only getting 4-5 lines out of a whole gram?? Sounds like those guys got ripped, or they just do like 250mg rails, either or.

Some of the longer lines look like what swim would usually do if going at it through the night, though he generally goes a bit bigger (or sometimes much bigger) if he is just starting off or using coke as an energizer for partying.

Swim has been known to blow through yay quite fast, but still he thinks the 4-5 lines out of a gram observation is either attributable to heavy users with high tolerance or selective memory (doing yay time goes so fast you can forget / not pay attention to some things).

Either that or the people aren't getting very good coke. Swim has blown through a half gram in a matter of minutes before. He has also had a gram that lasted him 12 hours with him yaked out the whole time. Quality can vary considerably, even in the same area and from the same dealer depending on the time of purchase.
