When on probation at the age of 18, do you get piss tested for tobacco by the police?

doubt it. usually police only test for alcohol/amphetamines/cannabis/opiates/pcp/cocaine if swim remembers correctly. tobacco shouldnt be a problem, he's never even heard of anyone testing for it.

Alight, well Swim was just worried because he heard that high schools could test for cotinine a substance that is produced when breaking down tobacco.

high schools, maybe. but once swiaj turns 18, consumption of tobacco is legal (at least in the US, not sure how it is in other places), so testing positive for this metabolite would not be illegal anyway.

During my senior year in highschool i was 18 so i used to love standing directly accross the street from the main office during lunch time and smoke a cigarette just staring at security and administrators. They would approach me almost every day and try to get me into trouble for it but, i was 18, off school property, and had a half day schedule so was not at all in their control. This was more enjoyable ot me than the actual cigarette.

SWIM did similar things to antagonize the poor staff of his high school. theres absolutely nothing they can do about it as long as you're not smoking on campus.
