Wild Cannabis on Courthouse lawn

After reporters pointed out that wild marijuana, commonly called ditch weed, was growing on the lawn at the federal courthouse in Sioux Falls, S.D., the greenery was eliminated.

City officials and a developer said seeds brought in with the dirt used in construction must have sprouted.

A local TV station had it tested to make sure and brought it to the attention of federal officials last week. No one wanted to comment.

Low-grade wild marijuana was initially grown as hemp to make rope in World War II, but it contains a small amount of the substance that makes the smoker high.

Congress made it illegal in 1970 to grow any form of the marijuana plant.

Swim was wondering what would be the best way to go about doing this in texas where it is extremely hot and dry, and in a way that revisits are not required.

but also recomended instructions for other cities and states would be helpful to anyone else interested in this campaign.

I feel sorry for hemp, cause it's such a useful substance but nobody realizes it..

And I've heard that it's much more efficient than using trees for paper, and better for rope than animal hair and plastics o.O

My parents bought my brother "hemp" brownies, using hemp-based flour as apposed to normal wheat-based. and "hemp" pants, lol... they didn't have weed leaves on them or anything, they were just a pair of pants, made from hemp..
