GBL makes me sick
Hi there,
I'm completely new to all this. I've bought some 99.9% GBL and pretty much everytime I take ma 1.5ml my stomach doesn't feel really good. All the rest feels great though, but ya know, i'd like to feel great all over... as for sex, it's just wickeeeeed!!! I've heard that that doesn't happen with GHB, so I was thinking about converting it, but hey i'm been looking on the internet for a 'recipe' but cudnt find anything. Would anyone help me out? Any links or stuff where I can learn the magic process? Cheers |

Best is to convert it to GHB. But a friend used to follow this technique for taking GBL - prepare 1/2 cup of water with some baking soda mixed into it, and mix the GBL into a flavored drink. Drink the GBL mixture, then drink the baking soda/water mixture. I'm not sure exactly how this works, but AFAIK it does prevent stomach pains.

There is more info online re: GHB than you can shake a stick at.
If you don't have a clue about proper dosing, you need to do a lot more research. Try starting here: http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/ghb/ghb.shtml The method I gave requires not "exact amounts". It is not a "recipe" for GHB. It's merely a way to buffer one's stomach when taking straight GBL. |

Thats funny. Why should GHB upset the stomach less then GBL? GHB-salt turns mostly into GBL when it hits the stomach acid.
Main reason for an upset stomach is the consumation of dairy products, milk, joghurt etc. Already milk in the coffee is enough. There should be a really decent pause before one consumes GBL/GHB after one had dairy products. |

I thought that GBL was a more damaging than GHB if ingested. Also a freind of mine said that they had a better time taking GHB because it didn't make them as drowsy as when taking an equivalent amount ofGBL.

The ratio of GHB (salt) to GBL is 1 to 1,4, so if one compares 1 gram GHB to 1 ml GBL it´s no surprise that the GBL more impact.
Several people tell that GBL is stronger and longer lasting, the first I doubt if the ratios are kept, the second I believe for some conversion taking place nevertheless. But both is just welcome I thought. |

Taking on a full stomach
GBL seems to have the same effect whether taken with a full or empty stomach GHB is better on an empty stomach as it seems to increase high and helps avoid nausea. 14B when taken on a full stomach can cause some to nod off; maybe this is because the fats prolong the molecule from getting inside the Blood. |
