Lightbulb Lucky Strike

Personally i like davidoff number 12. I like the classic taste 2 it especialy. I like the form theyve got.
I have smoked some Davidoff in the past (a friend gave me a cigarette or a pack occasionally), but they're just too dry; for me it's like smoking sand.
But - different bodies, different experiences.

My number 1 is still Lucky Strike -- it's smooth, soft, but not 'light'.. the nicotine rushes through your throat with a great taste that lingers on, and fills up the ol' pleasure receptors without making you dizzy or nauseous (except when you smoke 5 cigs in 5 minutes).

Marlboro is my #2; it's a bit drier and heavier (dizzyness/nausea for me) than Lucky Strike, but it's a very good alternative.
And of course, it's a rewarding experience to bum a Marlboro instead of a Caballero )

a friend gave me a lucky strike a while back, and while theres no filter (which killlllls the throat), they are quite good. i started off marlboro lights -> light 100s -> red 100s -> newport 100s/marlboro menthol 100s

i just realized i havent had a Djarem Black clove in forever, those are the absolute best!

I'm not even a big lucky fan in general, but they just go so well with beer! good call.

Since Gauloises went out of business, Bongo has been seeking a replacement for their Gauloises Caporal rolling tobacco. Thus far he's gone through myriad cans of various types. Now trying Ashford from Germany - but mostly using Drum (American version).

If any Europeans know a good one, do tell. Don't bother saying Van Nelle, though it's great, it's not available in the Untied Snakes.

I'm normally a Roll-Your-Own kind of guy, and my favorite brand is Natural American Spirit's Pow-Wow Blend, with the tobacco it also contains sage, red willow bark, bearberry, and spearmint (SWIM also tells me that it helps hold a joint together and burn well). The only problem with it is the extra herbs in it make it difficult to roll without grinding it up first.

But when I'm felling lazy sometimes I'll just grab a pack of Natural American Spirits Menthols.

I love Natural American Spirits 'cause their tobacco doesn't have chemicals like Skatole (the chemical in your crap that makes it smell) added to their cigarettes for "flavoring". And they donate a portion of their profits to Native American Charities. Now that's nifty.

Beedies!

I'm not a smoker but occasionally (very rarely) I like to smoke just for the sake of smoking and then Beedies is my cigg of choise!
Lately though, I noticed they started to have a bad effect on me: I get an innitial nictotine rush, but once that wears off I feel like my "balance has been ruptured". I don't feel quite normal and it's quite uncomfortable trying to figure out what is different.
Don't know how long it last for (up to 2 hours) since I gave up completely since I noticed. Anyone had similar.. "side effects"?

Also, I read they only contain 20% tobacco. Anyone know what the rest is?

Rock on with the roll-your-own thing.

I found a tobacco place recently and decided to give them a visit to see their selection. All they have as for menthol rolling tobacco is some shitty brand, Tops, and some other brand I couldn't recognise - not my precous Midnight Special or even my lucky Zig Zag menthol. Gay.

Ive been a Marlboro red smoker for about 10 years or so until recently. In the past year or so I have been trying to cut down my smoking and have suceeded in getting down to a half pack a day. So i have kind been rewarding myself for cutting back by smokin the better quality smokes. I have been trying out many of the so called "luxury" cigarettes like Dunhill, Nat Sherman and American Spirit just to name a few. I also like the idea of "additive free" tobbacco even though they say it doesnt make the cigarette any safer. I figure if I dont have to why smoke a cigarette with extra chemical additives in it. So anyways my new favorite cigarettes are Nat Sherman Classic and Nat Sherman MCD kings. They are by far the best tasting and most enjoyable cigarette I have ever smoked. They are kind of expensive, a pack of Marlboros where i live sell for an average of $5 and the Nat Shermans are $6.50 so thats a pretty large differance. But if your the type who always likes the best of everything I would definitly give them a try, youll never wanna smoke a regular smoke again.
