Got a source for that? Sounds interesting, but fishy - how can it legally have more nicotine than what the box says?
Well, let me give you a familiar example.Take Cocaine HCL and weight exactly 100mg.Now, assuming a yield of 100%, add a base like ammonia, let it precipitate, extract, and weigh the freebase coacaine.Would it weigh the same as when it had HCL attached to it?
Same thing for nicotine. When you freebase it, you get it to weigh less, therefore making 0.8mg of freebase nicotine lighter than when it's attached to a salt.
L&M blue label (lights) shorts in a box. I dunno if they make L&M in soft packs. They're great smokes and cheap, too. When I have extra cash (never), I buy Marlboro Lights but they are like $1.20ish more than the L&Ms so I don't buy them often.
Lucky Strike Filters -- Unlucky for my cancer-puffing monkey, they don't sell 'em here in the US so he has been searching the globe for the cheapest country of export. So far his search has led him to Moldavia (The self-proclaimed "Unhappiest country in the world!").
Cartons are running at just about HALF PRICE of Camels / Marlboro here in the states. And the first time monkey purchased from them they surprised him with a free carton!
After more than 30 years smoking Kool lights, milds, etc., I have just switched brands. I'm now smoking Camel filter menthol Silver, with the little flavor-burst insert embedded in the filter that give an extra little burst of menthol when crushed. I rarely crush them, though.
They are also 10% less expensive than my old brand, which sold for "X" amount.
When SWIM was a smoker he used to switch brands constantly, SWIM never understood the appeal of sticking to one brand or type. To SWIM it would be like eating the same cheeseburger for breakfast/lunch/dinner everyday.
Though SWIMs favorite was probably Malboro Menthol Ultra Lights... they seemed to have a higher menthol flavor than the lights.
I'm usually not picky about my brands. It really depends on the mood that I'm in and how much cash I'm willing to fork over for a pack. When I can afford it I go for American Spirits and occasionally unfiltered Lucky Strikes if I'm interested in using my cigarette holder. Marlboro Reds are also fantastic smokes.
I've just about stopped smoking analog cigarettes completely since getting my e-cig. They taste a lot better and I'm breathing a lot better now. I didn't expect to like the e-cig BETTER though!
Kamel reds, camel turkish gold, or when im diggin for change pallmall red 100's
i pay 8.25 for the camels and 6.20 the crap that burns forever but taste like complete ass
I'm a Marlboro man. No real reason, it's just a brand I tried and liked - I started on Pall Mall. I've only tried other brands that friends have offered to share, and I haven't found a better one. I have absolutely no brand loyalty, if I was offered a different brand and preferred it I would switch.
I currently smoke Marlboro Gold Advance, which I find about halfway in terms of taste between a reds and lights.
They cost about $16 for a pack of 25. Yeah, it's hellishly expensive. I was shocked when I moved to Australia from New Zealand, back in NZ a pack of 25 was about NZ$12, and that's only AUD$9.
My cat has smoked shisha with his girlfriends family who are from Saudi Arabia, and very much enjoys the differnt flavors and personally enjoys the large amounts of smoke one exhales. My cats Cigararette brand of choice is Newport shorts. Ever since he started smoking them years back no cigarette comes close to giving him the pleasure Newport does, he guesses thats why its called Newport Pleasure. Danke!
Any kind of menthol cigarette, (I collect different menthol cigarette packets), hamlet miniatures (mini cigars) when I'm short on cash and really need a smoke (£2 a 5 pack, expensive but the cheapest tobacco product in my local shop), and Amber Leaf tobacco with green rizla and Swan menthol slim filters when I'm rolling cigarettes.
In my smoke drawer I have: Marlboro Reds, Camels, Djarm Clove, and Swisher Cigarillos. Depending on the mood I am in each one seems to make me feel relaxed. Marlboro's are my go to though.
Well, I forgot to get my nic juice for my e-cig again (it should be here today, yay!), so as of late I've been smoking Newport Red 100s. Mainly because I am not overly picky & they are on massive sale right now to promote them; they are usually the same price as (& in some stores, even cheaper than) generic cigarettes. If they are on sale for almost the same price, I will instead get Camel Filter 99s, as I prefer Camels if I'm going to smoke cigarettes.
However, I am thankful that I am getting my Belgian Breakfast e-cigarette juice today. Yummy - I get my nicotine fix without combusting anything with the bonus of the taste of maple syrup & butter. *sw000n*
Swim recently picked up a pack of American Reds (B&H) off his front lawn and although he recently quit he carried the pack with swim for the rest of the night as they made him feel so Manly
I am currently trying to stop smoking, but, I just bought a pack of Newport......ready for this............Newport non menthols. Yep, Newport made full flavor non menthols. The world is coming to an end LOL Politicians will start being honest, lawyers will start being honest........okay, not really.
They taste pretty good. Before trying these (which I really like) I was smoking Marlboro reds.
