mescaline cacti & law uk.

since the ban on shrooms in the uk this year a few places have started selling mescaline cacti instead as a natural legal high is this realy legal? as mescaline is not a common drug in the uk unlike lsd, xtc, coke, k canabis, shrooms, swim has know it to be avalible on rare ocasions in some circles, like nu age traveler types and hippys ect but again not that common. but like i said swim has noticed an increase of fresh cacti being sold since shrooms are no longer avalible. after looking up the misuse of drugs act 1971 and the amendment in 2001 it says mescaline is illegal but as Bufotenine which swim belives to be what you get from toad veniom (please say if swim has got this wron) but it says noting about fresh cacti or chemical mescaline exstracted from the fresh cacti. can anyone shed some light on this so swim no's the legal situwation on mescaline use and cacti buying and growing in the uk.
