Dried mescaline Cacti, which is best? (images)

SWIM is looking to buy some dried cactus, as a fresh cutting is hard to find in the UK. but SWIM has found a number of sites but with very different images of the product. Half look like dried leaves or bark such as

but the other half look more like this, alot greener and chunkier, some more dried than this but still very green.

all are listed as peruvian torch, some as san pedro/peruvian torch. Which is likely to be the more useful? and are they the same cacti just in different dried states or different cacti possibly?
