Opinions - I hate alcohol

It's funny how I find the more ignorant people of this site on the alcohol forum. :P



Botton line is everyone's different, some people enjoy it while others
don't, just because some of you hate it deosnt mean we all do. The
hypocrisy of the alcohol market is one thing that's fucked up, just as
in the other legal drugs like cigarettes. If you don't like it don't
drink it, as with any drug, know your limits, know what the fuck your
doing to pleasently fulfill yourself.

I was merely being faseeshus, hence the ":P" This is an alcohol forum, don't take everything so seriously, and this is a general statement. I wasnt purposely being harsh and I don't think anyone will be losing any sleep over it.

I tried to cut back on my G use and tried getting a similar state off a
bottle of Wild Irish Rose, uh I woke up with the worst hangover ever I
literally felt like I was dieing all morning.



That in itself sent me back to G as my recreational substance of choice, I like having the fun without feeling poisoned.

You've clearly never tried stimulants.

Well, they have their own issues if you overdo, but feeling dizzy/drowsy/nauseated like with alcohol or other downers ain't one of them.

Maybe that's a bad thing... people who overdo alcohol feel sick, so they're less likely to overdo next time. It's probably better when a chemical makes you feel horrible if you overdo it.Edited by: Nicaine

Sure, I understand.
I've posted less, and had far worse reaction, even
when I went to get data from MD's, and even then
when I double checked my source.

So go ahead and make your statement, but just be
sure to qualify it so everyone reading it knows your
position and how you meant it.

i dont really like hard liquor, mostly because it tastes awful and
getting drunk on it is like a chore and when i am able to drink a lot
of it i dont notice how drunk i am til it hits me 5 minutes later and i
realize i am totally hammered and about to have a shitty, belligerent,
vomitting, frenzy of a night. but getting drunk on beer is great. you
have a great time, drink good tasting drinks and just chill and
occasionally make some stupid decisions, but you still generally have
fun. its also excellent with other drugs as long as they do not speed
up your heart rate. ODing's not really my thing.

its enjoyable at the extremely low dose range but i just cant stand losing motor functions and acting like an idiot. not saying all drunk people act like idiots, just me.


the taste also does not agree with me, however bein i dont get hangovers, perhaps the irishness as someone else said.

I dislike alcohol but I do end up drinking on occasations. It is without a doubt one of the most horrible drugs I've ever consumed.

Alcohol is a BITCH, but I love nasty girls

I'm a regular alcohol consumer, mainly beer, white beer.

I don't consume spirits like vodka or whisky, 'cause they're to hard to "dose". To be really drunk with beer, you need to drink a lot and that makes that you're stomach rapidly full of liquide and provents overdoses (or at least, this informs you that you're reaching your limits).
