Nose:
Afrin-type nasal spray Maximum Strength Lanacane cream (for after... numbs, moisturizes, + antibacterial) Flonase or Beconase steroidal nasal spray Saline "Sea Mist" nasal spray Bowl of water + eye dropper for in-between rinses Body: High potency therapeutic multivitamin Vitamin C B-50 complex Magnesium Aspirin (Optional -- vitamin E, calcium, fish oil capsules) Ensure Plus nutrition drink (for those times when food looks like feces) Benzos or alky-haul Misc: About 10 2-liters of coke or pepsi (diet or regular), lots of ice cubes Shitload of napkins, paper towels Razor, straw, vial, spoon, mirror (eh hell, the edge of a desk works just fine.... <img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley4.gif">) Have fun, stay healthy... <img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley2.gif"> Last edited by Benga; 09-09-2007 at 22:40. |

Only prob is if you're prone to bloody noses, aspirin increases the prone-ness a lot. Small price to pay IMO... I take at least 1/2 adult aspirin daily when I'm doing it. Soda = constant fluids, which keeps you from getting toxic (and kills cotton mouth)... just my personal preference, I don't mix C and alcohol because of the increased heart risks (I'm edgingpast my late 30's &gotta start being more careful). |

hm. i see your points but... when the studies were done, was the participant using cocaine...? id suggest water over soda. the caffeine from soda will bring you up momentarily but what goes up must come down... the comedown from caffeine is not a problem at all when sober, but it will intensify the comedown from cocaine. caffeine has also been proven to increase the chance of ulcers and irregular heart rate. the stomach produces more acids and pepsin which can / will lead to greater damage of the stomach lining. with no food and lots of acids in your stomach, it's not looking to good. caffeine also causes an irregular heart beat which just increases trouble. lastly, caffeine is addicting and honestly... do you really need another addiction.? i know i dont... haha. infamous.truth |

Add to the body, L-Tyrosine, it's an amino acid that helps increase dopamine levels which are depleted after cocaine use.
Definitely, recommend water or something like Gatorade if you can stomach it over soda. Soda makes you more dehydrated. Generally, I'll drink Lemonade diluted with water. As far as for after a night of partying: PROTEIN! My favorite is turkey sausage links or some sort of steak or chicken. Always eat and have a milkshake or smoothy as soon as you wake, it makes the next day totally easier. |

Agreed 100% about protein tho. I also get a craving for tomatos pretty often, for some reason. A nice sandwich with cream cheese for spread, toasted bread, 5 or 6 slices of deli style turkey meat and some thick tomato slices... yum. |

I teach yoga, meditation and weight lifting. I practice these activities pretty much daily. I also do cardio on a treadmill. When using coke swim would suggest a health toolkit:
yoga - restorative yoga is easy to learn and has been proven to lower blood pressure and heart rate. This can be done before, during or after use of cocaine. To learn well go to a yoga studio for a few classes or visit youtube for quick instruction. vipassana meditation - also lowers heart rate and blood pressure. Easy to learn, but takes practice to master well. Start by following the breath in a seated position on a chair or on a pillow cross legged. pranayama - or yoga breathing. Learn from a teacher of yoga first and perform basic pranayama before using coke. free weights and treadmill or spinning - find a gym and perform 45 minutes to an hour of excersice 4 to 6 days a week for heart health. cayenne pepper (90,000 hu) - excellent for lowering blood pressure and improving circulation. Use during use of cocaine. 1/4 teaspoon in 8 ounces of warm water. white tea - excellent for the heart and prevents strokes. Dring during a coke session. 5-HTP - take 100 mg. twice per day to increase seretonin. B vitamins - daily selenium - daily silica - daily chromium - daily sleep - minimum 6 hours per night. After a coke session sleep on your back as this is better for the heart. stay away from benzos unless it has been a minimum of 2 hours after a session. stay away from anything with sugar in it. Addicts usually have borderline diabetes. Sugar kills. Drink water during the session and white tea and eat salads and chicken, almonds or cottage cheese for protein. finally, if you want to maintain a recreational useage standard for yourself and avoid addiction I strongly suggest learning yoga and meditation as both of these practices will assist you in identifying with a part of yourself that is very content. When you discover this inner world you can easily disconnect from drug use and learn how to be satisfied with "just being in the moment". It takes practice but its worth it as it greatly reduces craving for any type of drug. |
