5-MEO-DMT first time.

SWIM received a small amount of 5-meo-DMT and was thinking of trying it today. SWIM took 2 hits of acid yesterday, will this have any effect on the DMT trip? Also, what would be a good way to measure a dose? The person gave SWIM a free 'dose' but is unsure if it is too much to take at one time. Anyway, just wondering if SWIM can trip off it today if he tripped on LSD yesterday, and also what dose to take (1-2 hits? how big?) I'll search around, though... just wondering if you guys had any immediate answers. Thanks!
