I just ordered 4oz of Kratom, how should i take it and how much to feel more energetic and productive but euphoric?

I hear if you take the right amount that it will make you feel real productive but euphoric at the same time, what amount is it?


How many grams in OZ if you suggest grams please, thanks.

I suggest in thee 500 mg to 1000 mg, but this depends how strong the 'pasta' is.
