Ayahuasca dosage

What is a reasonably strong dose for ONE person of caapi vine and psychotria viridis? AFOAF is planning to do their first ayahuasca trip, but has lots of experience with mushrooms and smoked DMT so not really a 'newbie' just never done ayahuasca
