Tips to abort mescaline trips
Mescaline can give a long trip. A situation may occur where one wants to abort the trip. What would you advise to do?

Valium, benzos and downers would seem like the answer. Having never used mescaline however this is only an assumption.

When trying a new combo start with a low dose until you are sure about how you react.

Ride the carasel.... try a seroquel (atypical anti pyschotic) though this is a nasty drug Swim has noticed it does a great job helping to abort a trip and crash. Benzos work nicely too but swim hates to waste benzos on just aborting a trip, plus seroquel knocks you out.

A foaf has told me that Lunesta (3mg) or Ambien have been quite sucessful at aborting (and sleeping through) many types of trips including but not limited to mescaline. Also SWIM used small amounts of Xanax or Diazapam to "tone down" a mesc tryp.

yep Seroquel will knock anyone out of a psychedellic trip and for that matter any serotonin or dopamine related drugs... it puts you to sleep as it overpowers both inhibitors leaving no room for the other drugs... thanks antipsychotics! make meth/coke/mdma/lsd/mescaline/shroom/ -heads go to sleep!

Would tramadol also work for ending/toning down a mescaline trip?

I'll be taking my first tip soon. 25 grams of powdered peruvian torch in capsules.

i dont think so man tramadol was very hard to get to sleep on it never but swim to sleep even when he wanted to it might calm u down a bit tho

I've read that since it is an ssri that it would help with ending a trip. Isn't valium also an ssri, or am I mistaken?

SWIM heard of valium shots or xanax, atleast thats what SWIM heard the hospitals give to patients who are having a hard trip.

swim has to say that valium worked perfectly for swim. 20 mg did the trick perfectly, within an hour swims trip seemed to have completely stopped.
