need a new administration route

i my pet fish have had an opiate dependancy for about 6 yrs now 2 of which i smoked the rest i have injected. the problem is i can now very rarely get a vain and if i do its a tiny thread vain. i inject properly (i was trained i royal navy) rotating sites used and using as little citric acid to break h down as possible. i dont think doing snowballs helped. since my veins got so bad i have tryed to go back to smoking but it makes me ill and i cant do it and has very little efect. my vains are so bad that on a recent hospital administration they could not get a vein to administer drugs they tryed every where, even my femaral vein. in the end they had to put a central line in my neck. i have tryed putting in a catiter in a good vein but it does not last. please dont say i should give up i know this and have tryed many times many diffirent ways but always get back on it. i need a new entry route any ideas, im injecting is no good as the citric needed to cook up h burns the inside of your muscles. cheers for any usefull advice.

Probably obvious answers you've already thought of but ill post em any way. Insufflation, ingestion, or rectal admin. Of course none of these will compare to IV or even smoking but its all i can think of. Maybe someone else can be of more help.

hm, doesnt sound very good.
i know this from friends.

1.) Lot of people tell, that using citric acid instead of Vitamin C to solvate the H is better for the veins (i dont know why, but i know people who used citric acid for years which have superb veins and others with vit c where the veins last only for weeks or days!)

2.) in order to make it better, try to use a lot of water.. most people just take about 0,7ml of water for a shot. but i know people who take about 4ml (in a 5ml syringe), because they can dilute the remaining acid this way..

3.) my thought: in the purification of heroin pictorial Bicarbonate is used to get away the rest of the remaining muriatic acid.. perhaps it works here, too. but the problem is there will no NaCl in the end, cause no HCl is used..dont know if it works..but should..

4.) the entry routes: i know its hard, but if you belong to the people which need hours to give themselves a shot... its time to make an end... with junking (!).
I heard of someone, whose friend made him shots in the little veins in the back... not very nice, but when he tried himself, it took him about 4-6 hours to make a shot...

If you cannot smoke it, then snort it. Its the best way. It comes fast, almost like i.v. with a rush (it just needs about 15 mins).
Only thing is the snorting itself... people who take speed etc know what i mean... but you get used to this very fast.

Oral consumption...forget it... when you consum H orally, it gets converted back to normal morphin, means you dont get a real kick, like you know it from i.v.

PS: About a year ago i have seen a docu (in german tv) where a new medicine was introduced... its something you get i.m. where you dont have veins and very fast new veins are builded. I dont know how it is named and if its available...but ask your doc...i think he would give it to you, because having to less veins means getting ill by thrombosis ect...

Surprised noones mentioned subcutaneous (skin-popping), or for that matter intramuscular. Onset is slower in both methods, but instances of overdose appear fewer. However, cases of wound botulism in connection with black tar, and kidney disease secondary to skin infection have been reported.

not being funny, swia doubts you'd have problems shooting if you had taken the time to practice safer injecting methods , followed the other safety rules associated with I.V . When swim first started she was told to always clean the area first with an alcohol wipe use sterile water. not tap water. ( swim heard saline water can be used as well as it works better with the blood flow not sure, if someone could educate me?)
The use of clean syringes, if not sterilized as best as possible. sharp needle and as thin as possible.
NEVER SHARE The syringes, the spoon used to cook as well.
Swim always has her fist and arm facing down, to help blood flow
when the tourniquet is on my arm, swim clenches her fist to help the vein appear.
swim cant describe how the needle is inserted, Obviously you dont stab it in, :P
swim was first told first time to inject half of the syringe then see how she feel, most people swim had watched first time puked, but swim herself did'nt had maybe because swim injected half first, Swim hardly ever pukes now.
This depends on whats available but swim would never shoot black tar heroin smoke it yeah, swim prefers pure diamorphine as opposed to street stuff - swim cleans it up herself or at least until she is satisfied.
Never shoot Opium.
Never shoot up while sun bathing swim regretted it when she woke up.
Always DISPOSE of needles and used syringes in a safe and clean way not like some of assholes who chuck them out the flat windows.

Of course you could better than swim and not do it at all

I think subcutaneos is no way for H.
The same with i.m.
We all know what happens when you dont hit a vein...
Thats the same as shooting subcutaneous...
you get an abscess allmost instantly.
you can shoot medicals like this, but not street h where a lot of shit is in it.. so i didnt name it.
swim had a friend who shot a gram on 2 ml in his ass cheeks. but he said its burning like hell *GG*
but it was ok for him.. he didnt find a route either...
but i wouldnt recommend it...as is said..to much shit in there..

Opiuets as they can be i.m injected. snorting could be ok i am used to that from other drugs k coke ect, but did not think buzz would be as strong or as good. and a hit would be alot of powder to stick up my nose in one go and i imagin the drip would be horid.

i do not like sniffing something, never liked it. but you get used of it and as i have seen on swims friends..the dose is not so high as smoking...i would say similar to iv.'ing... so try it.
