Social - car rental for cocaine dealer?

hey

someone i knows dealer has asked them if they could usetheir credit card to rent them a car for 2 days for £200. should they do this? what are the risks involved?

SWIJ advises that someone kinkygirly knows should be extremely wary of creating any kind of paper trail linking them to someone who sells drugs for a living. They also need to consider what use this vehicle will be put to during those 2 days. Do they want their credit card details linked to the potential activity this vehicle will be involved in?

SWIJ wouldn't touch it with a (very long) barge-pole. No matter what "incentives" might be offered.

I guess what SWIJ meant to say was "He is a drug dealer": Presumably he will be transporting illegal substances around in a car that is rented to SWIKG's friends credit card. He may also decide to drive somewhere else in Europe and transport rather larger quantities of Class A drugs in that car. Then it becomes trafficking and if SWIKG's friends card has hired a car that is involved in trafficking class A drugs then they will likely need to find themselves a VERY good lawyer.

Of course it could all go "SWIMMingly". Only SWIKG's friend can decide whether £400 is worth criminal charges.

The dealer should be smart enough and have the resources to set up his own ride. If he isn't smart and resourceful enough to do that, he isn't very well going to be smart and resourceful enough to protect and take care of his friends when something goes wrong.
