Drunk Driving
What's the farthest anyone's driven while wasted? I remember one summer I drove 60miles 2-3 nights a week. Thinking back on it, I know I was lucky I didn't kill anyone, kill myself, or get a DUI. I was just young and stupid, I honestly got a thrill from it. I'm wiser now, I absolutely will not touch the wheels wasted.

i was 15 i drove from long beach to LA it took like 45 min. i was drunk and high on pills.

Hmm, drinking, having a blast, then crashing at a friends, or drinking, having a blast, then driving and possibly hurting yourself and/or someone else. Sounds like the answer is pretty obvious, haha

Driving under the influence of alcohol is both stupid and selfish. You are putting other peoples lives at risk. If you kill or hurt someone, you will also destroy the lives of that persons family and friends.Don´t drink and drive. Please.

Yea, it's most definetely bad. If you've been drunk off your ass but can still remember how you were like "naw man, i can do this" and then as you tried to put your shoes back on you fell on your ass can easily extrapolate how bad you could end up driving drunk.
alcohol has the effect of fuckin you up but leaving you with an overestimative sense of "fuck yea i can do it!", so be careful and do NOT drive...or get in a car with a drunk driver for that matter.

BAD! ...and here's why:
You need auto insurance to drive. Auto insurance rates are based upon your traffic citation record.
A DUI citation is one that will significantly affect your insurance premiums; perhaps by a few $1,000 dollars.
Some policies require you to undergo treatment before they reinstate your policy.
... or you could just drive w/o insurance, and when you get pulled over you're subject to the laws of your state (most states not good).
My opinion: Don't drink & drive; take time out, eat something, watch a movie, relax.

I GOT A DUI! Read:
I was chillin w my buddy and his GF in an empty lot at about 1am. The dumb bitch was screamin on her cellphone, which caused one of the neighbors to call the police to report a suspicious vehicle (my dad's.. the one i was driving). cops came, i took the roadside tests and got arrested .. spent the night in jail .. paid over $4000 in fines... lost license for 6 months .. on probation for 6 months .. had to go to dui school and report in to my probation officer once a month .. transportation is a bitch now and i have no money .. i was 5 mins from my house and parked .. i got fucked...

i used to make trips from friends houses nightly...usually 5-35 miles....than i ran my car into a pole at 50mph
i don't drink and drive anymore

being a passenger with a sober driver is fun unless you drank too much and have major spins.
i also got a DUI and it sucks ass. and the sad part was that i didnt even get caught cuz i was drunk, i got caught cuz i started to have an anxiety attack and i freaked out and i crashed...."luckily" i survived, but i have a shit load to pay for (and i don't just mean money) this has mentally destroyed me.
and the most annoying part is, a lot of my friends still drink and drive, you'd of thought that they would learn!!!
i used to drive drunk everyday too, i kno this is bad for someone underage, but i obviously don't anymore. it's sad cuz my friends all said i was the "best drunk driver ever" oh ya what a freakin title, i am so proud...NOT
and 6 hours after i drank my alcohol level was at .17 and i was barely drunk<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley6.gif">i feel so flippin pathetic

i lost a brand new car to a lightpole as a result of my stupidity...
however, the officer was VERY forgiving, i still do not know how i got so lucky..
i was in the same boat as jordianna though...drunk driving every day, friends thought i was awesome at it...and now i'm paying for it...i feel stupid..

I forked over about $6,000 all together when I got my dwi. And my mom was killed by a drunk driver more recent, and the drunk driver and his girlfriend were burned alive.

I think is necessary more post like this, WhiteRyan, because I know for sure that a lot of people have fatal*stories like this. It's not a joke. We allways have our life at risk because other people decide to play his stupid game.

i feel i need to apologize to you for this..because for a few years..i was a drunk driver..and that could have been me in the car that took your mother from you...and for that ..i offer my fullest apologies...
really people..take it from somebody that did drink and drive regularly..and got a second chance...don't do it....if you can afford to drink, you can afford 20 bucks for a taxi..

sadly i have driven drunk, but i didnt want too and had no choice. i drove from Carson to san pedro in caifornia on the freeway, and was completely shitfaced after coming from a club.. i left my car at my friends and we went to a club on the spur of the moment (in his car) and i completely forgot that i would have to drive myself home from his house.. luckly i made it home safe and nothing bad happened.. its something i plan on never attempting again, driving drunk was dumb

whiteryan...first off..you have no need to apologize...i'm glad i'm not a drunk driver anymore..and the number one thing i kept thinkin after my accident was...what if someone else was there?...this first joint is on me buddy 
and the pole..i left someones house, to go to a girls house for some action.hehe..the road was in double vision, i turned my head, the car went to the right..and bam!!!....thank fucking god for seatbelts..

Strangely I learned to drive whilst over the limit from the night
before (Friday morning lesson after Thursday night 50p a pint night)..
Since then I have never been behind the wheel of a car over the limit..
