Reptilian feelings

Hi,

I don't know if this post should be classified under the "mystical experience" section or simply the "funny shit" one...

One day, at almost the end of a long good trip on 4-ho-dipt, while I was taking a bottle of water out of my fridge, I began to have real strange sensations. As you may guess, it's hard to describe.

I felt weird, began to move strangly, sticking my tongue out of my mouth, making strange sound like "gloubi glouba bloublabli"... Overall, the only term that I found to describe this was "reptilian feelings/sensations". I felt as if I was a creature between man and lizards. I felt confortable with this and found it funny. Firstly I thought I took be directly related to 4-ho-dipt.

But some months later, I began to feel again such sensations, this time under 2CE.

Has this any meaning ? Does anyone had such experience too ?

Seriously though, SWIM remembers the scene in Altered States where William Hurt regresses towards the original protoplasm thingy. Maybe you're accessing some sort of genetic memory? We do pass through a reptilian phase in the womb.

I saw this film at least 10 times, but been not particularly oriented on plagiarism I will not had post this thread if I was not convinced that my subconscious had not just "copied" some nice scenes of "Fear&Loathing in Las Vegas". God bless Dr Gonzo by the way.

Retourning to main theme, I thought in fact that eventually the drug had disclocked any material coming from our "collective unconscious". But because I never read anything like that, under the "theoretical" point of view, I was interested in knowing if anyone had heard anything like that.

And I had not defined it as a "freak out", I felt really fine ! It was just a bit weird and unwanted, this feeling took me by surprise.

Reptiles hold a certain significance in the human mind, thus the mythology that fuels the thought. Find why you percieved yourself as reptilion and what part of you that represents and you will better understand your hallucination.

Hallucinations are not the guiding force of a trip, the trip guides the hallucination, it is the expression of yourself on your surroundings. Pay more attention to the emotional state and the logical processes that surround the vision rather than the vision itself.

There is one train of thought in the developmental / psychiatric areas that suggest we actually have a tri-layered brain structure - that the human brain has developed around the earlier mamalian brain model, which in turn surrounds the earliest reptillian brain. Hence the saying (used to good effect in the film The Wisdom of Crocodiles) that when one lies down "...one is in effect being asked to lie down with a horse and a crocodile."

Perhaps Sick Jack you are simply travelling down through the layers of your brain, accessing normally-hidden evolutional memories?

Or perhaps you could be reliving a past-life experience, realizing that there is a connection with your now-human life and your once reptilian existence?

Swim watched a special on Saddam Hussein the week before he went to do iboga, and throughout much of his trip, he saw middle eastern people and violence... Swim means, actual visions of his perception of middle eastern suffering.. Maybe it was symbolic, but it sure wasn't the ancient peoples he'd expected, from his readings abut iboga experiences.. Who knows?

Swim herself with nn-dmt has seen reptillan creatures like a chemalion only its colors where metallic almost robot looking, it talked but was not very coherent ,Swim also felt she was inside one of gigers art prints
, Boyo has reported on mushrooms CEV regarding deformed animals that were trying to function like walk around mostly all they did was squeal, they looked like something from what he said that should of never been alive, Swim is not easily scared, but the chemalion was kinda spooky its voice was echoey. Insects are just bugs.. maybe thats why there angry with us. Ops ! Splat !

I feel scientist are short on terminology , the way I sees it is that those beings do not live into the third dimention, they are the stuff of Star Trek and Star Wars... ye I imply they actually exist and that their actions affects us day to day. Some humans seems to even be easily posessed by them and some even think because of that that they are powerful ! Scary indeed, like all those dark cult members who think they have contact with the ET's !

So that might happen if you take overdoses of tryptamines, especially synthetic one, you are kind of opening a doorway for "them" to come instead of a soul...

Mostly stuff of dreams anyways !

EDIT : I would add that the second layer brain is the evolved reptilian brain which we call the higher bird brain ; not some kind of degenrerate mamalian brain. Actually the resting human potential lies in the bird brain and how the kundhalini can be chanelled to feed it through the reptilian brain. When the serpant feeds the eagle kind of stuff... ya know !
