Opana drug interactions (klonopin and adderall)

SWIM has had a rough 2012. His wife dumped him and isn't letting him see his kids. He was mild opiate addict for 3 years until X-mas 2011 when SWIM told his doctor to cut him off percocet (10mg, 4 times a day). Like I said, it was an addiction, but it wasn't heroin or OC or anything like that.

Since wife has made it very hard to SWIM to see his two little swimmers, SWIM has been very depressed.

SWIM just procured 2 opana 40's (the new shitty ones) and 2 adderall 20mgs (not XR).

Last night/early morning SWIM ingested approx 28mg of Klonopin. He still felt them when he woke up. The hole in SWIMs heart made him seek out Opana today. He has good days and bad days.

So now with 28mg of klonopin still floating in the system and now an Opana 40 and an Adderral 20, SWIM is concerned for himself. He lives alone and there is no one to make sure SWIM is OK.

I have another Opana 40 and another adderral, and knowing SWIM they will be ingested in the next 6-8 hours.

Is SWIM going to die? What should he do?

Well, let's see here....

Okay, as I thought, it is a moderate danger to mix the Opana with the klonopin, the reason is that they are both CNS (Central Nervous System) depressants. It is always dangerous to mix CNS depressants, and it's all a risk, a throw of the dice with high tolerance in the persons odds.

I would say not to take them near each other, and to be super safe, not at all in the same day. Opana has a half life between about 7 and 9 hours, and klonopin or (clonazepam) has a half life between 18 to 50 hours.

Considering you dropped down in opiate usage, I would say not to mix the two in the same day, other than falling asleep at best (most likely) and not waking up (worst case scenario) it would just be better to enjoy them seperately.

The adderall does not show a harmful interaction with either, but remember that it's hell on the heart to mix uppers with downers, and I doubt that it would be to great of an experience anyways.

Safest and PROBABLY (no guarantees) most fun thing with those substances is to take them all separately.

Sorry for taking this there, but, you won't see the little one again at all if you don't wake up.

Everything is already down the chute. SWIM has one more Opana 40 and one more adderall. 2 more Klon 2mg but he knows not to take those.

But the Opana and Adderall will probably defeat SWIM's wounded willpower and they will be consumed at some point tonight.

In my junkie logic (not really a junkie, college grad and work a corp job) the adderall might stop me from falling asleep? Is there any merit to that line of thought?

SWIM should add that since he does have a beastly tolerance to klonopin, and since the wife dumped him, his oxycodone tolerance is up there too. But Opana is a little out of SWIMs usual league.

Just be careful, please.

The site has a lot of great information regarding effects and symptoms of overdose (of course meaning just taking to much, not just about taking enough to be fatal) and I would recommend you just doing some reading on it.

Honestly thought, I am asking you just give it a break after this last dosage. For one, it's more tomorrow, and it's safer. Anything that has a half life (clonazepam) which can reach to 50 hours is nothing to toy with.

As far as the adderall mixed in, by theory a CNS stimulant should help with making a person more alert, but, sometimes certain CNS stimulants have a good synergy with certain CNS depressants. DO NOT count on the stimulant making it "okay" to take the other two together.

SWIM problem is being up all night on adderall and staring down that opana....

only thing SWIM have to kick the adderall in some nice sativa, but it won't be enough, SWIM tolerance to that is gigantic, and the klonopin, which SWIM know SWIM shouldn't take.

SWIM know it's a willpower game, but just out of curiousity, given SWIMs strong tolerance to everything aside from oxymorphone (but SWIM does have a good oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine etc. tolerance), what's SWIMs chances if SWIM does the other opana?

It's an asinine and cruel thing to ask of you people since SWIM knows it's dangerous. It's just tonight he's got no where else to go...

SWIM guesses the main thing he wants to know is what signs he should be looking for in an overdose so he can call EMS. As stated above, SWIM has no one to make sure he's up. No on is expecting to here from SWIM until tomorrow evening. SWIM is to embarrassed to call anyone he knows about this problem.

SWIM knows this is a horrible topic to put on people, but he really doesn't know where else to go and wants to see his little swimmers for the rest of his life.

Thank you for updating.

In life it's very easy to want to take a substance induced break from reality, but it does no good to endanger ourselves. Substances can give that break (it's up for debate if that's a good thing to do in the first place, but I don't pay your bills so it's none of my business) and we don't have to overdo it to enjoy it.
