Yaa Bah?

This maybe far off...but I have a friend who lives in thailand, and their drug of choice is an amph. called "yaa bah" or crazy medicine. They are normally little red pills with a WY on them. When put on foil, they turn directly into a black liquid(my meth here in the us has never dried black, but then again this isnt really meth.)after lighting. They sell for about 2$us(or 70 baht, something like that) and i'm told are very adek'ting. Well i've been adekte'd to Ice before, and it wasent that bad. I'm told this is.. I dont know, I'm kinda interested in this form of amph, and am wondering if anyone knows what exactly yaa bah is and if you can get it in the us? I mean is it just adderall or something?
