Now what?

First off wanted to say sorry to making a new topic concerning Concerta, but I felt that it might be unneeded to revive another topic.

SWIM has just been prescribed to Concerta, and have read all the forums here concerning it, so SWIM felt this would be a great forum to ask a question concerning recreational use of it.

SWIM washed the pill until the crusty coating came out, and carefully seperated all three colors.

SWIM knows it can't be the brown one, but theres also a Yellow and White one.

Which should SWIM take, and will 36MG of it harm him in anyway?

The larger section, most likely the white part, is non time release, where as the smaller section, the yellow or pink as SWIM has experience with is time release. Im assuming your interested in snorting it thats why you washed it, when crushed up both are valuble to you. 36mg shouldnt be harmful but maybe you should start off slow as everyones bodies react differently to substances.

For my pills, the larger section (also the middle) is yellowish orange, and the white is on the end.

I'm actually going to swallow it.

I kept the powder in the capsule, but just cut off the ends.

I would go lower, but sadly my pills are only 36MG.

Any solution to this?

Well if your swallowing them then if you crush them up and put them back in the capsule they will hit you harder and faster but have a shorter duration. If your doctor prescribed you with 36mg then id assume it is a safe dose. If your swallowing them, then it really doesnt matter if you wash them or not, the brown part doesnt have any adverse effects on your body. usually washing the pills is done to prepare the active ingredient for another way of ingestion. but hey it wont hurt to wash them and pop them.

So swim should just take the powder out of the (white and yellow?) capsules, crush them up, and put them back in it and swallow?

but if swim swallows it like it is, would it still hit me?

yeah absolutely, crushing the pills just makes it hit you a bit faster and a bit harder and it takes away the time release funtion of the hwite part of your pill.

Thanks alot i apperciate it.

But since I have to go to a class in 10 mins, I don't have time to crush.

So I should just swallow the yellow one (the middle color) and hope for the best?

Yea just swallow both parts the yellow one will hit you quickly and the white one will hit you later. For add its a good way to administer the concerta.

well it turns out I didn't go to class to enjoy it at home.

SWIM has had a wonderful good feeling and speedy effect of this pill.

Not too strong, but comfortable.

Similar to a light dose of DXM.

Hey its the next day and swim feels like taking it to the next level.

Swim wants to know if snorting Concerta is possible??

Hes heard from friends its not, but he'd like to try anyways.

It is possible, however they put all sorts of anti abuse stuff in the pills so that if you try to snort it as it is your nose will get clogged up with all sorts of gelatin and crap. To snort it effectively you would need to clean all this out, which is more work than its worth. your best bet in my opinion would be to just crush the pills and pop them, its much easier and not a whole lot worse than snorting them.
