Any expierience w/Purple-pink bark??

Is it true that when the inner white fibrous layer and the external bark brown skin are removed that this intermediate purple pink layer of the root bark, hence Purple Pink has the most concentrations of DMT? Does anyone have expierience with diiferrent kinds of root bark concentrations?
