Injecting - Fentanyl injections.....HOW TO?

If swim wanted to inject the gel IM from the fentanyl duregesic patches; how would they go about doing it, what solution would they desolve it in, and how would swim prepare it to do so?

UTFSE. And just an fyi, fentanyl is extremely potent and SWIM would recommend serious caution when messing with it. You'll notice that one of the top threads on this board, New Rash Of Deadly Heroin Overdoses, is mainly about fentanyl.

Of topic a bit, but SWIM knows a guy who's perferred method is actually "sorting" the stuff inside a the patch. Says it's not so bad injestion method and hits immidiately.

Of course, this person is afraid of IV injections.

Look into smoking it as well. Be carefuly with fentanyl, very dangerous and easy to overdose ... also found to not be as euphoric as one may think.

SWIM also advises against injecting the gel. Unless you are able to obtain near 100% pure fentanyl, a very accurate scale and knowledge of your opiate tolerance, and have IV'd safely before - SWIM WOULD NOT DO IT. Freebasing small pin-head balls of it on the other hand is very euphoric though. Remember, start small. SWIM's friend took too big of a hit and we had to call 911, give him mouth-to-mouth as his whole body was essentially locked up and blue. Be VERY careful.
