DXM Legality?

Whats the process one would go through when buying DXM in the states? Do they record your information when you buy DXM-containing products? Do you have to fill out any special forms (like when buying extra strengh tylonel in canada)? What about minors? Is it available to them? Do they keep records of how often you buy DXM?

Swis can only speak for the United States but Almost every Pharmacy has DXM only pills, and Swis has never been carded... despite the fact hes looks 14... and has bought up to three bottles of pills at a time (300 mg each). No records what so ever and no forms

SWIM looks very young and has been carded twice. But all DXM containing cough syrups are legal.

I'm slighty new to the forum I can't remember if I made a post yet or not but if this is my first I have a good one:

I went to Brooks pharmacy today to buy cough pills. I asked for the price and they gave it to me and the girl said +tax i dont think I'm aloud to put the price. I said great! and since everything is behind the counter now i asked for 4 bottles with my soda. I thought i was gonna be able to buy them right then and there but then she said new federel rule: You must have an ID be limited to one product and Everything is behind the shelf which was new I couldnt believe it. I don't have an ID card yet I guess i will have to get one and you're limited to one product! So what i can only get 500mg or less of DXM at a time? Great and i hardly have any 18 year old friends. Not only that i dont think they'll do it. I don't have the money to buy an ID i just spent all my money on pot since i couldnt trip SAC. What are you're coments/opinions/questions?? I haven't seen a post like this yet maybe its brand spankin new. I remember 2 months ago the product was on sale and i bought four boxes right in the aisle. Now i can't get em at all has anyone else had this problem It cant only be me Federal means the whole united states right???

I was restricted to one item and was asked for an ID. I didnt have an ID so i just had to walk away
