Hopefully someone can help SWIM out with his situation. The other day SWIM was enjoying himself with a group of friends in a park in town. At the time SWIM was what can only be described as "all kinds of fucked up" on a combo of MDMA and blunts. Anyway, one way or another SWIM picked up his camera from his house and started filming the night. As time went on SWIM picked up some incriminating footage (consumption of LSD, ecstasy tablets, blunt sessions, SWIM even got some dude smoking hard on it) but SWIM was fucked up and having a great time so he didnt realize it was a bad move. Then a friend of SWIM's who had consumed a cocktail of prescriptions began acting like a moron and the cops were soon called. SWIM was soon arrested for posession of a controlled substance (darvocet..after all that shit SWIM get pinched for that garbage! might as well been something good!). However the pigs ganked SWIM's camera and multiple tapes. SWIM's question is how far does video evidence go? Can SWIM get additional charges for whats on that tape? Court dates later this month..
