Disolve it in sterile, preferably distilled water.50 mg per ml.
So if you want to reach the k-hole, dissolve 100 mg in 2 ml of water.
And SWIM would rather snort it or, if it's liquid, inject it instead of taking it orally.

SWIM mixes one gram of pure K crystals with 10 CC distilled water. Most of the time people end up using 1 CC insulin syringes to inject K and 100mg (1 CC by my recipe, the math is wrong above as there's 1g or 1000mg of K per 10 ml/cc liquid in its initial packaging.

This way if one wanted to do 100mg (1CC of my recipe) as I've suggested multiple times as the perfect dose for almost anymore, there's no reason to stick oneself with a needle twice.
