How about 2,5-dimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxyphenethylamine? The amphetamine version (in PIHKAL) sounded good, with a dose range of 30-75mg, so this could possibly be active < 200mg?

2,5-DMMDA is quite active at around 60mgs. Not from Shulgin, but another researcher, I heard that the PEA was ineffective at reasonable amounts in laboratory humans.

The 2,5-DMMDA was too fast in it's effects, though more potent. It caused a lack of balance that would render dancing to require padded walls and floors for many. A fun fizzle.

I'm sure it must be active at a certain dose though, It's very similar in structure to 2C-G-3 which is active at ~15-25mg.

Well I personally don't care about dancing, although I'd love to find a PEA with all the effects of MDMA without the adrenergic effects (so serotonin + dopamine + oxytocin + vasopressin releasing effects). Also less peripheral activity would be good.

well, if shulgin's intuition is correct, i'd like to see 2c-ef. my lab rat has had buckets of fun with 2c-x, so a new one would be on his "to-do" list.

Re: New RCs for 2006-2007 ?

2C-S and 2C-SO2 are both actually 2C-T's. the ? one is my suggested 2C-T-G3 isnt it? DFMDA would be a most interesting one to research simply to find out if it would indeed be active.
