SWIM got one of those glass peices that has no bend it looks like this sort of o===C with the C being the bowl. It's great for portability and easy to clean, plus it was a gift from a friend so it's special. SWIM never saw any sense in paying for glass when the hardware store and potentital monster creations are possible so cheaply. Still friends think its bad to smoke from metal so I have resigned to my glass which was a gift. SWIM is a bad joneser and cannot go without weed without cleaning his piece. SWIM happens to love bongs and the intense high one can get so rapidly. SWIM still does not smoke enough to have a seperat bong so SWIM had a BRILLIANT idea!

SWIM took a "Propel" fitness water bottle and a peice of clear flexible tubing (matched for size so that it snugly stretches just a fraction of a centimeter to make a tight seal on the mouthpiece of the pipe) from the hardware store (again super cheap), he then took a lighter to a point low in the bottle at an angle so as to sink the clear tubing into and through the plastic of the bottle, at a downward angle. It is important to only melt it so much so the tubing is a tight fit, and as you press the tubing aganst the melty stuff it stretches around and seals tight with the tubing. Plug in the pipe, fill above the tubing but below the bowl with water (colder the better), and possibly melt a small hole where one's thumb might rest for a carb. Voilla! smokes as good as any head shop bong! And if you worry about the plastics? weel then too bad for you, you crazy hippie bastard, because in SWIM's opinion if you are dumbe enough to smoke carcinogenic tar producing substances and abuse your lungs with them, then a little platsic (which thanks to the glass pipe and the water, never gets more than lukewarm, ought to be the least of your worries.....
