Combinations - Diphenhydramine and Adderall

It definitively is!
I had a time when i had to take about 4-5 gramms a day, too. In dosages of about 1g/dose and every dose in one hour intervals.
After two days i got small red pimples (dont know another word in english) all over the legs which were disgusting!
After i finished taking it, i had to wait about a week or more that they gone away.

But, by the way, there is something like an antidote: N-Acetylcysteine.

That is no joke!

It acts as a backup for the used Thioldonators (sorry if not english)and for glutathione. That are the two things which get messed up.

It has to be taken no later than 10 hours after the intoxication!

I have tried this, and it works.
When i take acetaminophen, i take acetylcysteine with it and i do drink much. its ok then.

I dont know if everybody knows acetylcysteine... its something what you get when you have a cough with a lot of mucus which you want to get rid of.

Brandnames in germany are: Fluimucil, ACC Akut, Atid and so on.

Use the search engine and you will find discussions of people who have had toxic reactions at or around 4000mg, SWIM would never even exceed 3000mg just to be on the safe side. Death by Acetaminophen is long, slow, and painful, don't risk it.

i did an extract of diphenhydramine once. its similar to a codeine extract; heat up water, stirr in the crushed pills, let cool, then filter trough a coffe-filter. the clear, filtered liquid (mine was clear) contains diphenhydramine, and the stuff left in the filter is the acetaminophen and whatever the pills were made of. eventually you could do one more extract (or as many as possible) with the stuff in the filter to get all the diphenhydramine.
