hyperthermia from kratom

Has anyone's imaginary friends noticed sudden hyperthermia when kratom is combined with other stimulants / hallucinogenics ?
SWIM heard that this seems to occur to a minor extent (so far) with such combinations, with noticable increase in body temp. Never dangerous, but given horror stories about PMA and malignant hyperthermia, such side effects should be well respected.
SWIM's kratom now travels alone.
