How do you deseed?

If one had some seedy stuff what is the best way to get the seeds out?

Swib has heard of people using a shoebox top throw it on tilt and many seeds roll down where as other stuff will not.

Well, the easiest way to solve the problem is to quit buying shwag with seeds in it in the first place.

That's the asshole answer, but even swip has personal experience with the commercial grown seedy shit. Swim would just sit there and break the buds all apart in his hands, picking the seeds out. Another way would be to use a shoebox lid or frisbee. tip it, qand break the buds up at the top of the tray, letting the seeds roll down.

Well, its not schwag, seeds are a necessity at times and done on purpose. Just have to many in it.

Bman, what do you do with your seeds?

You are asking for advice, so (apparently) your method is not working well-enough.

A shoebox lid has worked well for me:
1) Pick-up some seedy Pot (with a match-book, for instance).
2) Hold the lid on an angle, say 30 degrees.
3) Drop the Pot several inches onto the lid.
4) Watch several seeds roll down to the bottom of the lid.
5) Repeat Steps one through 4 (until all of your Pot has been "dropped" a couple times).
6) Scoop-out the un-seedy Pot.
7) Pick-up the seedy mixture (from the bottom), and re-repeat Steps one through 4.
8) Scoop-out the un-seedy Pot.
9) Pour the seeds into the nearest trash recepticle.
10) Roll a Joint.

Bman does nothing with seeds but knows people who use that tek and wonder if there is a easier way.

No seeds are thrown away if that were the case no seeds would have been made.

Do seed vendors just sit and pick all the seeds out of a bag or do they use a machine or?

SWIM's dealer likes to give him extra 2 zoots in the seedy weed form to "top up". The seeds just get ridiculous sometimes ^^

Bman, what method have you been using to de-seed your Marijuana (in the past)?

In your Post, you mentioned the Shoebox-lid method, but it sounded like that isn't the method that you use.

if there was a method that was going to be used now, which there is not, it would be using a shoebox or something similar tilt it and use match box, papers, plastic card or what ever is handy. Scrape and let seeds roll down.
Swib would like to know how many other ways are there?
Are there devices on can purchase or make to help in the process?
May be a screen that is big enough to let shake fall but small enough to hold seed?

seeds in your marijuana?? shit, that must be real bad stuff. i had that maybe one or two times in my life. that was on my holiday. i'm a regular marijuana smoker. maybe i'm a bit spoiled. (living in the netherlands) my experience with marijuana from other coutry's (spain, greece, france etc) is verry bad. i would't even give it to my rabbit.

When did white widow become such a hated strain? Swib knows many people who ask for these seeds. The people swibs friend know wanted more of the seeds. They feel cloning to much causes stress in a plant and it is good to make new seeds sometimes. They get great joy of taking many seeds and choosing the best. This gives the possibility to improve the strain. But swib was not asking advice on the quality of the stuff so back to the question, when one has seeds is there a better way to get them out? Maybe this should have gone to the growing section? Do they understand over there to get a plant one needs a seed to start with or is swib and swibs friends just crazy? Swibs friends just got too many this time.
