Does anyone ever hear things that aren't there when on meth? I read some info. that said only chronic users have this problem. Do you guys know anyone who hears things that aren't there?

When I tweak, heavily at least, I always hear shit, cars, people caliing my name who aren't there, and I've even heard the occasional helicopter or two.

yes!me too.. Ihear all kinds ofstrange things. Sometimes 'see' them too- like something is there in the corner of my vision.


Someone once told me that this isnt Absolutely attributed to the drug but rather the meth And lack of sleep. If you stay up for long periods of time without assisitance you'll start seeing/hearing weird shite too!

Once I had some weird shit and I would intermittently hear a musical note/chord which sounded like it was coming from an organ or keyboard.

I work in homecare and the guy I take care of, at night if he needs something, he has a chime doorbell he pushes on his nightstand to let us know he needs our help. Usually when I get really tired, I will hear the sound of the chime in my head, just faintly though. The first time I ever heard it, I was at work, so I went in his room, but he was sound asleep. I kept hearing it all that night, drives me fucking nuts!

yes the sound I heard was like a chime that lasts about a second.

Sometimes when I try to sleep I hear a word or two, like my mums voice or someone calling me but not like a conversation.

Also I do believe you about thinking your mum was spying on you, amphetamines will give you psychosis and many will believe the cops or spies are watching them.
