Spiritual - How to obtain a Near-Death Experience (NDE) using Ketamine?

Hi dear friends,
I have noticed that many people says that Near-Death Experience (NDE) and OBE can be induced safely with ketamine. I examined many posts and articles, including Using Ketamine to Induce the Near-Death Experience by Dr. Karl Jansen. But I am still not clear that what dose should I take, and which administration is safe and efficient (oral, im, iv, etc.)
My ketamine is not very sufficient, (only about 300~500mg) so I want to avoid waste. Many thanks to all.

IV is not recommended because you probably wont be able to take the rig out of your arm. If you have limited material then IM injection would probably be your best bet.

Erowid recommends the following doses dependent on weight.
I.M. Ketamine Dosages
by body weight approx total
Threshold .1 mg / lb 10 - 15 mg
Light .15 mg / lb 15 - 30 mg
Common .2 mg / lb 25 - 50 mg
Strong .5 mg / lb 40 - 100 mg
The K Hole .75 mg / lb 60 - 125 mg
Anaesthetic 1 mg / lb 100 - 200 mg

So depending on your weight you might need to take up to 150mg. Start a bit lower than suggested just to get used to the effects. 300-500mg is enough to test it out before going into the K-hole. SWIM has read a lot about this compound and it seems to be a safe drug is administered properly and it is very unlikely that you will overdose. Just be safe with the dose and start out slow. No need to jump into the deep end unless you know how to swim, swiy. Thats all the info SWIM can give you. have fun in the k hole, hopefully SWIM will go there soon enough.

crackdream, SWIM's experience is that everyone reacts a bit differently to K. So, some experimentation is necessary to find your spot. SWIM has had NDEs often, but many friends (who also enjoy K nevertheless) cannot get there regardless of dosage.

My reccomendation is that SWIM should have someone else IV Ketamine, its good to have someone nearby anyway, although while in a K-hole you can't really move around to hurt yourself anyway, just always a good Idea. The best adivse I can give to work your way up in dosage until you find what works for you, I understand this is sometimes not an option when supply is a factor, 100mg sounds like a good starting point.
