Combinations - Accidentally or intentionally laced cannabis?

As described in another thread in this forum... SWIM once had an extremely intense and unpleasant experience with smoking marijuana laced with PCP. he said he was overcome by the body high and on the comeup almost lost his visual field completely. very threatening. the hallucinations came quickly and were extremely intense. the problem was really that swim did not know until after(or during the comeup for the PCP trip) that he was smoking anything other than plain old weed. swim has also smoked pot laced with opium, oxycontin, codeine, DMT, 5-meo-dmt, 5-meo-dipt, DPT, and 2C-I. All these other trips however were taken voluntarily and were actually for the most part pleasurable and enjoyable. Does anyone else have any experiences with this type of unpleasant surprise when smoking up? also if you have smoked tainted weed and it was intentional what is your favorite drug to smoke with your pot?

(disclaimer: it is likely not a very good idea to smoke several of the compounds that have been listed in this post. if you choose to abuse psychedelic compounds especially fairly new ones then please be careful. being the first person to find a drugs lethal dose by trying a new method of ingestion is not my idea of a good time. oxycontin also probably not smart to be smoking. use your head.)
