Smoking or IV meth?

Which route of administration produces a more intense rush? I've heard and read different things from different sources.

IV as in the setup or straight to the vain in a needle? but definitely smoking doesnt produce the same kind of rush that taking a drug to the vain does because the blood absorbation rate can not be matched when it comes to IV/shooting.

IV by far, its the most intense rush you will feel off of meth, but swim would recommend that you stay away from it as it is an addiction that you do not want....and one other thing, with needles sometimes one doesn't get addicted to the drug as much as they do the needle, swim found out that he liked to inject himself alot of times just to do it because he liked the needle, when he realized this he stopped his IV use in it's tracks....

The needle is a bad way to get a rush. Can't beat that first rush, the feeling you get from the drug coursing it way thru your system. But after that all a person is doing is feeding a demon.

In addition, IVing a drug that elevates heart rate and blood pressure can be very dangerous. Only a few miligrams might kill you. For my monkey there's nothing more than snorting or taking it orally. The snort rush is enough for him when using the drug recreationally. If he uses it to do a job that requires all night working or a situation that requires his attention, he prefers taking it orally. It's the best smart drug he has ever gotten to, despite the bad post crash effects.

Also there are many hazards of needle use aside from dosing and addiction, stuff like cotton fever and the like and then there is "missing" (the vein) It not only hurts but its dangerous, think about it you are putting a forign non sterile substance into your body, some guy could have handled it after taking a dump (had to drive the point home). So if you must shooting is the best rush but it's the most trouble too. Don't just think you could do it right the first time on your own and do you really want ametuers digging for your veins? Research the needle a bit and stay away unless you want to really roll the dice.....

iv use causes the most intense rush, but with it comes the most intense addiction, and the most potential for dangerous complications. so you have to decide whether or not it is worth it to get just a bit more spun.

Smoking can be so time consuming, SWIM used to enjoy the smoking as much as the high but it lost it's appeal and became a chore, Too much was never enough, very more-ish.

With IV SWIM did not crave or re-dose for at least 8 hours as the buzz seemed to last longer, but maybe it just felt like that cause SWIM did not want to be jabbing herself every hour to feel good, and her veins would not cope with all that attention anyway. There is definately a fondness for the needle, but when SWIMS veins do not want to come out to play it becomes a love hate relationship where ultimately the frustration kills any needle fascination.

Surprisingly, SWIM has not had a "dirty hit" as such, but the quality of her phetti supply was random to say the least and SWIM found the distinct chemical taste/smell rather off putting and a bit too Risqué at times. It can't be healthy.....

She needs to get to a doctor immediately. It is almost certainly an infection now and given time it can do any number of things to get worse which include losing a limb or death, or it can get better on it's own, but remember getting better on it's own are is probably less than a 50% chance, do not take that chance get medical attention!

smoking it gives you more of an intense high with a rushing sensation that lasts long, however you're almost guaranteed to want to do more and more very badly and will most likely never get enough or feel satisfied with the the given feeling. (just wanting more and more and never having enough)

That's a matter of opinion. Swim found it much more intense to IV, and the overall high longer lasting and more intense. The rush, while more intense (to swim), perhaps was shorter in duration, but the high more "even". Swim never met anyone who tried IV who didn't prefer it to smoking. Both are very intense and highly addictive.
