Side effects last half an hour to several hours depending on quality. It gets out of the system pretty quickly. Some research says ten days.

Depending on your usage, as well as your daily life will effect the amount of time that it's in your system. For a first time user, or a very light user who is active, then it will be out of your system a lot faster then a first time user who does nothing. Of course there are tons of different variables to this. So anywhere from 1-30 days for the most part
